Membership Agreement

By joining Sisters United, you agree to the following terms that protect the integrity, safety, and purpose of this community. This agreement ensures that every member enters with clarity, respect, and shared understanding.

1. Eligibility

Membership in Sisters United is reserved for women only. You must confirm your gender truthfully during signup.

Misrepresentation of identity will result in removal.

​

2. Conduct & Community Standards

By joining, you agree to:

  • Follow the Sisters United Community Guidelines

  • Engage with kindness, honesty, and respect

  • Protect the emotional and relational safety of the space

  • Honor confidentiality and privacy

  • Avoid harmful, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior

Violation of these expectations may result in suspension or termination.

3. Payments & Billing

If you select a paid membership:

  • You authorize recurring payments

  • Fees must be paid on time

  • Prices may change with notice

  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

You agree to:

  • Keep other members’ stories private

  • Not screenshot, record, or share content without consent

  • Respect the vulnerability and trust of the community

Sisters United will never sell your personal information.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your personal contributions. Sisters United retains ownership of:

  • branding

  • written materials

  • graphics

  • community resources

  • and all content created by the organization

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce Sisters United content without permission.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate membership for:

  • Violations of this agreement

  • Violations of the Community Guidelines

  • Misrepresentation during signup

  • Harmful or unsafe behavior

  • Non‑payment

These decisions are made to protect the safety and integrity of the community.

7. No Professional Advice

Sisters United provides community support, reflection, and connection. We do not offer:

  • medical advice

  • legal advice

  • therapeutic services

  • crisis intervention

Members are encouraged to seek professional support when needed.

8. Agreement

By joining Sisters United, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to:
