🌞 JUNE RESOURCE DROP
Softening Into Joy
June is the month of warmth, openness, and emotional ease. It’s the season where joy doesn’t have to be earned — it can simply be received.
This drop helps you soften, open, and let joy find you without pressure or performance.
🌿 Grounding Exercise: “The Joy Breath”
A Breath to Invite Lightness In
A gentle practice to help you soften your body, open your heart, and make space for joy.
Step 1 — Sit comfortably and relax your shoulders Let your body settle. Let your breath slow down.
Step 2 — Inhale for 4 Imagine breathing in light, warmth, and softness.
Step 3 — Exhale for 6 Release tension, heaviness, and tightness.
Step 4 — Smile gently (even if you don’t feel like it) Let your face soften. Let your jaw unclench. Let your heart open just a little.
Step 5 — Whisper to yourself: “I allow joy to find me.”
Repeat 3–5 times. This breath is an invitation, not a demand.
