A Practice to Reconnect With Your Whole Self

A gentle scan to help you notice what your body, mind, and spirit need.

Step 1 — Sit or lie comfortably Let your body soften.

Step 2 — Bring awareness to your head Ask: “What do I need mentally?”

Step 3 — Bring awareness to your heart Ask: “What do I need emotionally?”

Step 4 — Bring awareness to your belly Ask: “What do I need physically?”

Step 5 — Bring awareness to your spirit Ask: “What do I need spiritually?”

Step 6 — Whisper to yourself: “I nourish myself with intention.”
