Is my membership tax‑deductible? Yes. Sisters United is a registered nonprofit, and your membership contribution is considered a charitable donation. Please consult your tax professional for personal guidance. 4. How do I access the member portal? Once you join, you’ll receive an email with login instructions. You can also access your portal anytime through the “Log In” button on our website. 5. Can I switch from monthly to annual? Absolutely. You can upgrade to an annual membership at any time. Your new plan will begin immediately after checkout. 6. What if I have questions about my membership? You can reach out to us anytime through our contact form, and we’ll be happy to support you. 7. Do you offer refunds? Membership contributions are considered charitable donations and are generally non‑refundable. You can purchase a membership on behalf of another woman. After checkout, simply email us her name and contact information so we can set up her access. 9. How does my membership support the mission? Every membership strengthens our collective impact. 10. How is my information kept private and safe? We take privacy seriously. Your personal information is protected, never shared, and only used to manage your membership and community access. You are always in control of your account settings. 11.Can men join Sisters United? Sisters United is a women‑only sanctuary created to offer safety, connection, and support for women. Men are welcome to support the mission, cheer us on, and donate if they feel led — but the membership space itself is reserved for women only. 12.Why do you ask “Are you a boy or a girl?” This playful question helps us keep Sisters United safe, aligned, and true to its purpose. Because this is a women‑only community, we use this confirmation to make sure the space remains supportive, intentional, and centered on women’s experiences. If you’re not a woman, you’re still welcome to support the movement — you just can’t join the membership space.
