April is the month of gentle expansion — not rushing, not forcing, but opening. This drop is designed to help you step into alignment with who you’re becoming, not who you’ve been.

🌸  Grounding Exercise: “The Alignment Breath”

A Breath to Bring You Back Into Balance

A simple practice to help you reconnect with your center and move through the month with clarity and intention.

Step 1 — Sit or stand tall Imagine a string gently lifting the crown of your head. Let your spine lengthen. Let your shoulders soften.

Step 2 — Inhale for 4 As you breathe in, imagine drawing your energy inward — gathering yourself.

Step 3 — Hold for 2 Feel the stillness. Feel the alignment.

Step 4 — Exhale for 4 Release anything that feels heavy, scattered, or out of sync.

Step 5 — Whisper to yourself: “I align with what is meant for me.”

Repeat 3–5 times. Use this breath anytime you feel pulled in too many directions.
